Initial Conversation – $125 (60 Minutes)

I understand that asking for support can feel overwhelming. Our first conversation is simply a chance for us to talk — no pressure, no commitment.

During this time, we will:

  • Talk through your current concerns

  • Identify what feels most stressful or confusing

  • Discuss ways I may be able to help

  • Answer any questions you may have

If you decide to move forward with ongoing support within 7 days, $75 of this fee will be applied toward your first month of services.

Even if you choose not to continue, you will leave our conversation with clarity, direction, and next steps.

I offer different levels of support depending on how much guidance you’d like.

🌱 Gentle Guidance Plan

$250 per month

For those who would simply like someone to check in with and help keep things organized.

Includes:

  • Up to 2 hours of support each month

  • Help preparing for appointments

  • Review of paperwork or care plans

  • Email support during the week

  • Trusted resource recommendations

🌿 Basic Care Advocacy Package

$475 per month

For families needing consistent guidance and coordination.

Includes:

  • Up to 4 hours of support per month

  • Appointment preparation assistance

  • Coordination support (communication with providers with signed consent)

  • Medication and care plan organization assistance

  • Follow-up summaries after major discussions

  • Priority email support

🌿 Ongoing Care Support

$475 per month

For those who would like more consistent guidance and coordination.

Includes:

  • Up to 4 hours of support per month

  • Help organizing appointments and care details

  • Communication support with providers (with your permission)

  • Written follow-up notes when needed

  • Priority email support

🌳 Comprehensive Care Partnership

$875 per month

For families navigating complex or changing medical situations.

Includes:

  • Up to 8 hours of monthly support

  • Ongoing coordination assistance

  • Hospital or transition planning guidance

  • Monthly family meeting (if desired)

  • Care tracking and organization

  • Priority phone and email support

⏱️ Flexible Hourly Support

$90 per hour

For those who need occasional assistance without a monthly plan.
